I agree but it's not the way the world appears to turn now. Countries that were famed for creativity and free enterprise mature into having state subsidized communist style business sectors. Ironically after the collapse of state subsidized communist regimes like some of the eastern Europe countries there is an opportunity for creativity and free enterprise to prosper. What goes around, comes around I guess.

Pat, there is a large advantage to solar roads versus panels on individual buildings - it's a heck of a lot easier to wire them for one thing where the wires (and power generated) could go for thousands of miles uninterrupted.

I helped pay for that as well. That is why Wind Solar and Wave are not economical at this point. But grassy has a wonderful idea.
