A guy from this farm called into a Minnesota Public Radio show and mentioned his swine breeding project. The radio topic was dietary fats including trans fats.

Looking through most of the pages I found quite a few things to Foxx, but it does look like they know they can't have it all. If you're shooting for 2.5" backfat the % lean is going to suffer.
